I had a great experience with Freeflow Environmental today. Mike was the technician who pumped my septic tank. He was very informative and professional. This company also waterproofed my crawlspace 6 years ago and did a great job. I would recommend them highly. Office staff was helpful, too. I was able to book an appointment in a timely manner and was kept informed of the schedule on the day before and the day of the appointment with texts.

I was dreading calling about my septic system for quite some time. I didnt know who to call and was worried I would need a whole new system. I saw free flow online and decided to call them. They made the process easier than I could have imagined. They came out a couple days after we spoke and did all the work the same day.
